A 15-minute consultation call is a free, no-pressure conversation where we can explore whether my therapy services are the right fit for you.

Telehealth Individual Therapy: $180
I am currently accepting clients who are California residents. While I do not accept insurance, I can provide a superbill for those who wish to seek reimbursement from their insurance provider. I recommend calling your insurance carrier to inquire about your benefits regarding reimbursement.
